Labour Party raises truce committee with National Assembly members

The Labour Party’s national leadership has set up a three-man Intervention and Truce Committee to improve the relationship between the party and its members in the National Assembly.

The party’s National Publicity Secretary, Mr. Obiora Ifoh, said in a statement on Tuesday in Abuja that the establishment of the committee was part of the ongoing efforts to engender an enduring harmony in the party.

He added that the committee is headed by Ben Etanabene, with Mathew Nworgu and Chinedu Obika as members.
