The Rivers State Governor Siminalayi Fubara has invited the Speaker of the Rivers State House of Assembly and Honourable members of the House to a meeting to discuss pressing matters highlighted by the February 28 judgment of the Supreme Court.
The meeting, scheduled for Monday, March 10, 2025, at 10 am, is expected to focus on four primary areas, including the provision of a befitting space for the Assembly’s sittings, payment of outstanding remuneration or allowances owed to the Honourable members, presentation of the budget, and sundry matters.
