In a move aimed at resolving the lingering political crisis in Rivers State, Governor Siminialayi Fubara has formally invited the Rivers State House of Assembly, led by Speaker Martins Amaewhule, to a crucial meeting.
This invitation comes after the governor received the Certified True Copy (CTC) of the Supreme Court judgment regarding the state’s political unrest.
The invitation was conveyed through a letter from the office of the Secretary to the State Government, Dr. Tammy Danagogo, addressed directly to Rt. Hon. Martins Amaewhule as Speaker of the Rivers State House of Assembly.
