Women Affairs Minister Moves to Resolve Senate Crisis Over Natasha’s Suspension

The spat between the Senate President, Godswill Akpabio and Senator Natasha Akpoti-Udiaghan has continued to generate reactions as Women Affairs and Social Welfare Minister, Imaan Sulaiman-Ibrahim on Friday pledged to promptly engage with the leadership of the Senate to facilitate amicable reconciliation and resolution of the issues that led to the suspension of the Kogi Central Senator.

The Minister also expressed concern over sexual harassment allegation in the Senate, describing it an “unfortunate” incident.
