Speaking during an interview on A-T Spaces on Sunday, March 2, 2025, Lojay revealed how their musical partnership came about. Lojay described Fireboy DML as an “interesting individual” and shared that their connection was instant from the moment they started working together.
“It was Olamide that mentioned it… That first day, we probably did like 4-5 songs, and you could tell that there’s chemistry here,” Lojay said. “We had so many songs together that we just knew we had to put all this music together and give it to the world.”
