Ex-Major General Umaru Mallam Mohammed has asked a Federal High Court sitting in Abuja to order the Nigeria Army to immediately release him from illegal detention.
Mohammed is also praying the court to order the Nigerian Army to pay him N500 million being damages of his illegal detention, and unlawful dismissal.
