Insurance Industry Total Capital Grows To N848.9bn In Q3 2023

LAGOS – Insurance market capitalisa­tion has grown to N848.9bil­lion representing 19per cent year-on-year and 4.1per cent quarter-on-quarter as at the Q3 2023, according to the Na­tional Insurance Commission (NAICOM).

However, the paid capital of the industry stood at N422.3bil­lion while total statutory depos­it also went up to N26.7billion within the period under review.
