MLS and Inter Miami are working to plot a concrete deal for Lionel Messi as the Argentine superstar continues to deliberate his future, according to a report.

The 35-year-old is left with a decision to make over his future after leaving Paris Saint-Germain and there is growing hope Stateside that the World Cup winner could make the move to MLS, according to The Atheltic.

The American league has seemingly been encouraged after executives were informed that Messi’s decision is now down to David Beckham’s Inter Miami or a return to Barcelona, a source told the outlet.
