FCT, Abuja – The appeal court in Abuja has stayed the execution of its judgment that the leader of the proscribed Indigenous People of Biafra (IPOB), Nnamdi Kanu, from detention.
On Friday, October 28, the appellate court granted the application of the federal government brought before it to stay of execution of the judgment till the hearing and determination of the case it filed before the supreme court, Vanguard reported.
