The former Governor of Enugu State, Chimaroke Nnamani, has asked Iyorchia Ayu to vacate office as National Chairman of the Peoples Democratic Party (PDP) forthwith, saying “his deception and abysmal performance is unmitigated.”
Mr Nnamani, a serving senator, noted that Mr Ayu’s leadership has brought misfortune to the PDP because of his ineptitude, greed and wickedness.
The PDP had on 10 February expelled Mr Nnamani from the party. He had earlier been suspended from the party in January.
