The gubernatorial candidate of the ruling All Progressives Congress (APC) in Cross River state, Senator Bassey Otu has been declared the winner of the election held on March 18.
POLITICS NIGERIA reports that the Returning Officer (RO), Professor Teddy Charles Adias announced Otu as the winner on Monday afternoon.
