The federal government spent 41 per cent of the revenue generated in 2022 to service its N44.06trn debt, the Minister of Finance, Budget and National Planning, Zainab Ahmed has disclosed.
Also, the government has extended the 2022 budget implementation by three months ending March 2023 over the weak revenue performance last year.
