The leader of the Indigenous People of Biafra, Mazi Nnamdi Kanu, has commended the Chief Justice of Nigeria for reassigning his alleged terrorism charges to another judge.
Kanu had demanded the recusal of the erstwhile presiding judge of his case, Justice Binta Nyako, of the Federal High Court, Abuja, alleging bias and deliberately ignoring superior courts’ verdicts on his case.
