The Ebonyi State High Court sitting in Obiozara, Ohaozara Local Government Area of the state on Wednesday dismissed a forgery and impersonation case against members of a Ward Executive committee of the Peoples Democratic Party (PDP) in the state.
The Executive Committee of Oguduokwor Ward in Onicha local government area had in October 2024 expelled the PDP National Vice Chairman, South-East, Ali Odefa.
After his expulsion, Odefa allegedly connived with some police operatives in the state and arrested Sunday Idika, Njoku Nwagu, and Obinna Chukwu, all PDP officials.
