Nigeria Professional Football club side, Bayelsa United has denied an online publication that Federal High court sitting in Yenagoa has restrained the team from participating in the NPFL on account of their indebtedness to Nembe City FC.
We want to state that there is no iota of truth in that story, because the injunction was vacated on Friday January 20th, 2023 at the Federal High Court Yenagoa in a suit No FHC/YNG/CS/1/2023.
The judge Hon. Justice Isa H Dashen on 20/1/2023 set aside the earlier judgment pending hearing and determination of motion on notice that all parties should maintain status quo.
