Residents of Epe, who have been experiencing months of blackout, have started enjoying electricity as the Lagos State Government begins replacing vandalised infrastructure in a bid to restore power supply to the affected communities.
Many communities in Epe have been in the dark for over six months following the vandalisation of critical electrical infrastructure that supplies them with electricity.
This has forced many residents of the affected communities to rely on alternative power supplies, such as generating sets.
Business owners and students of Lagos State University (Epe Campus) were not spared from the incessant blackout that has plagued the communities for months.
