The Peoples Democratic Party (PDP) National Working Committee (NWC) has nullified the expulsion of the member of the House of Representatives for Ideato North/Ideato South Federal Constituency of Imo State, Ikenga Ugochinyere, from the party.
The PDP executives in the Umuopia/Umukegwu ward of Ideato local government area of the state had on Thursday expelled the former spokesman of the Coalition of United Political Parties (CUPP) for alleged insubordination and anti-party activities.
But the party in a statement issued on Saturday by its National Publicity Secretary, Debo Ologunagba, declared the expulsion null and void.
