The upcoming 2025 edition of FIFA’s Club World Cup has undergone a significant revamp, introducing a much larger schedule that will add to an already crowded football calendar.
Unlike the previous format featuring just seven teams from six FIFA confederations, the competition will now include 32 teams, leading to a substantial increase in fixtures. Instead of seven matches played over 11 days, the tournament will feature 63 games spread across 28 days.
