Art-tech platform Raknida has secured the princely sum of $100k in grants to expand its business into the United States of America as it seeks to take African arts to a global audience.
The organization’s $100,000 funding from Arch Grants, a nonprofit that gives out $100,000 grants to startups in St. Louis, USA, made its US expansion possible.
Raknida founder Anthony “Anth” Ezeokoye stated, “It was a stiff competition,” and it’s worthy to note that this is not the first time the grant has been applied for.
