The Edo State Police Command on Friday paraded 23 suspects for alleged involvement in crimes including cultism and child abduction.
According to the Commissioner of Police, Umoru Ozigi, 19 of the suspects were arrested for cult-related activities, while four were linked to child abduction.
He explained that the arrests took place in various locations across the state, including Benin City, Jattu/Ibie Road in Etsako West, the Benin-Agbor Road bypass, the Benin-Lagos Expressway, and Comprehensive Road off Warrake Road in Auchi.
