The Independent Corrupt Practices and Other Related Offences Commission ( ICPC) has arraigned a former House of Representatives from Gboko/Tarka Federal Constituency of Benue State, John Dyegh, for alleged N18 million fraud.
He was arraigned at the Federal High Court, Makurdi, on a five-count charge of alleged abuse of office and money laundering.
The ICPC’s spokesman, Demola Bakare, confirmed the ex-lawmaker’s arraignment in a statement on Tuesday in Abuja.
