The Federal Government has blamed the $4 million lapses on COVID -19 pandemic as it said it is relying on donor partners to pay its contribution of $4 million for the annual purchase of contraceptives through a Basket Fund with external donors.
The Minister of Health, Dr Osagie Ehanire disclosed this at the Ministerial update on COVID-19 response and development in the health sector.
