Lagos to scrap major Tinubu's legacy in the state, lawyer, monarch, others react

The Lagos State House of Assembly is planning a major overhaul of its local government structure. They’re looking to replace the existing 37 Local Council Development Areas (LCDAs) with new Administrative Areas.
