The Commission Chief Executive of the Nigerian Upstream Petroleum Regulatory Commission (NUPRC), Gbenga Komolafe, has assured investors that it is conducting the 2024 licencing round for its oil blocks transparently in line with Extractive Industry Transparency Initiative (EITI) recommendation.
Komolafe also revealed that the licencing round, which began in May, has reached the stage of submission of technical and commercial bids by bidders.
