“I’m building psychiatric hospital in Wike’s LGA cuz they’ll need it soon” — Governor Fubara spills

Governor Siminalayi Fubara of Rivers State has approved the construction of a state-of-the-art psychiatric hospital in Obi Akpor Local Government Area, which also happens to be Nyesom Wike, Minister of Federal Capital Territory (FCT), his estranged godfather’s LGA.

Fubara claimed that he is developing the psychiatric hospital because the residents in the area will need it soon.
