The Kaduna State Police Command has arrested 11 suspected kidnappers and recovered a cache of arms and a large sum of money across the state.
According to a statement by the command’s spokesperson, Mansir Hassan, ASP, the arrests were made in connection with the kidnapping of a district head on August 14, 2024, who was later released on August 16, 2024.
