Fidelity Bank Plc said it has opened discussions with the Nigerian Data Protection Commission (NDPC), after it was fined with the sum of N555.8m by the Commission for data breach.
The bank in a statement said that it conducted itself to the highest ethical standards by ensuring full compliance with extant laws on data protection.
