‘Arrest Those Profiling Igbos As Protest Instigators’ — S/East NASS Caucus Tells Security Agencies

The South East Caucus of the National Assembly has strongly condemned the ethnic profiling of Igbos in relation to ongoing nationwide protests against economic hardship and poor governance.

Senator Enyinnaya Abaribe, Leader of the South East Senate Caucus, and Rt Hon Igariwey Iduma Enwo, Leader of the South East Caucus in the House of Representatives, jointly condemned the “unfortunate and dangerous ethnic profiling of Igbos” amid mass protests across the country against economic hardship.
