…says women farmers needs access to storage, preservation facilities
The Bauchi State Public Finance of Agriculture (PFA) budget committee, comprising of various Civil Society Organizations, has urged the State Government to address the problem of post-harvest losses by ensuring that Smallholder Women Farmers have access to storage and preservation facilities, access to market, trainings for women farmers and transportation for agricultural produce, particularly in flood prone and hard to reach areas.
