Uchenna Ekwe is the Head, International Relations of Nigeria Labour Congress (NLC). Has the Federal Government disarmed organised labour with a 25 to 35 percent increase in salary structures for civil servants, does the announcement to an extent address the concerns of Nigerians workers?
