Abia State Governor, Dr Alex Otti says his administration is collaborating with the World Bank for the six-lane dualization of 19.1 Kilometer Owerrinta-Umuikaa-Onuimo- Itungwa-Mgboko Amairi- Amaise-Ahiabaubi-Umuelelchi-Omoba road.
Otti disclosed this during a grand civic reception organized by the people of Isiala Ngwa South Local Government Area in his honour for his victory at the poll and triumph at the Supreme court.
