MAKURDI – A Benue State High Court sitting in Aliade, has restrained Austin Agada, from parading himself as Chairman of the All Progressives Congress, in Benue State, following his suspension from the party.
The Court also restrained Agada and the State Chapter of the APC, from taking steps that may negatively affect the membership rights of the plaintiff, Moses Agaba, pending the determination of the motion on notice.
