ABUJA – The Federal Capital Territory Internal Revenue Service (FCT-IRS) is calling on Ministries, Departments, Agencies, and other employers of labor within the territory to submit their annual returns of income for the year ended December 31, 2023, on or before January 31, 2024.
This call aligns with the provisions of Section 41 of the Personal Income Tax Act (PITA) 2011 (as amended), which mandates all FCT employers to file annual returns using the prescribed forms, Form G and Form H1, before the stipulated deadline.
