The kidnappers of Akwanga Local Government Council’s Executive Chairman, Alhaji Safiyanu Isah Andaha, and his friend, Adamu Umar Tanko, have reportedly requested a ransom of N50 million for their release.
A family source, opting to stay anonymous, revealed that ongoing negotiations between the family and the abductors are in progress.
Andaha and Tanko, PKA Adamu Custom, were abducted on Monday night.
