Hon. Osamwonyi Evbaguehita Atu, member representing Orhionmwon East Constituency/Minority Whip, Edo State House of Assembly has begun the distribution of Christmas Rice, Cow, Ram, Chicken, Turkey and other yuletide-related gift items to his Constituents.
