PLATEAU KILLINGS: Former gov, Jang reinforces call for state police

A former Governor of Plateau State, Jonah Jang, has condemned what he described as the continued attacks and killing of innocent citizens in Plateau communities by gunmen.

The former governor also called on the Presidency and the National assembly to consider the establishment of state police as part of efforts to flush out insecurity in the state.

The call for police has oft too many times been made by politicians and other stakeholders alike, as a means to end the insecurity situation in the country.
