ASABA – Team Delta has yesterday added to her Gold Medal haul in spectacular fashion at the ongoing National Sports Festival, as it clinched the top position in the para powerlifting event at the Multi-purpose Indoor Sports Hall of the Stephen Keshi Stadium on Saturday.
In the women’s 41kg category, Esther Nworgu of Team Delta surpassed her previous world record to win Gold, after she lifted 115kg.
