AKURE – It was jubilation galore as Weli Weli Football Club emerged champions of the 2023 Rural Is Cool tournament in Ondo State.

Weli Weli defeated Elite Club of Ala 5-4 in a penalty shootout after the full-time ended in goaled draw at Ondo State Sports Complex, Akure on Sunday.
