The conflict between the governor of the state, Hyacinth Alia, and the federal lawmakers of Benue State, who were elected on the platform of the All Progressives Congress, took a new turn on Thursday when the lawmakers demanded that President Bola Tinubu and other party leaders step in right away to preserve the party’s reputation in the state.
