Gunmen abducted Justice Joy Uwanna, a high court judge, along with her driver in Oron Local Government Area of Akwa Ibom State.

Tragically, the judge’s orderly was killed during the incident on the Uyo-Okobo road.

Toroscho Eyene, Chairman of the Oron branch of the Nigeria Bar Association (NBA), confirmed the abduction, stating that the judge was taken while returning to Uyo after a court session.
