PORT HARCOURT- A human rights advocate, Prince Wiro has cautioned human rights advocates against “stomach activism” and blackmail in the pursuit of equality in the society.
Wiro, who is the National Coordinator, Centre for Basic Rights Protection And Accountability campaign, in commemoration of the 2023 United Nations International Human Rights Day, themed, “Freedom, Equality and Justice For All”, said human rights activism in Nigeria would be in jeopardy, if activists continue to give preference to confronting the infringement on rights of the rich more than those of the poor and downtrodden.
