Appeal Court Sets Aside High Court Judgement, Declares Binani as Adamawa APC Guber Candidate

The panel of judges directed INEC to forward the name of Sen Aishatu Dahiru Binani to INEC as the Gubernatorial candidate of APC in Adamawa.

The panel also said the request by Malam Nuhu Ribadu for the conduct of fresh exercise amounts to academic exercise hence it was jettisoned.
