Senate In Uproar: Akpabio Washes Hands Off Selection of Minority Leaders

The Senate President, Godswill Akpabio, has washed his hands off the uproar in the Senate over the selection of principal officers for the minority wing of the Upper Chamber.

The Senate President who addressed a heated Red Chamber on Tuesday distanced himself from a list of principal officers by opposition lawmakers, insisting that he was only reading out a document as forwarded to him by the opposition.
