The $1.3 billion ExxonMobil oil asset sale to Seplat which has been stalled for a period of time now may be consummated soon with Petroleum Minister of State, Heineken Lokpobri hinting that discussions are under way to resolve the prolong issue that has dragged on for nearly two years.
Federal Government (FG) officials in a deliberate move had met with a team from Seplat Energy, to resolve the stalemate arising from the proposed $1.3 billion ExxonMobil’s oil asset sale which has now been held up for close to two years.
