ABUJA – The Federal Capital Territory Administration (FCTA) through its Social Development Secretariat (SDS) has warned shop owners in its Cyprian Ekwensi Centre for Arts and Culture complex in Garki, Abuja, to desist from using the Secretariat as a pub.
The Mandate Secretary, Mr. Ibrahim Masari gave the warning on Wednesday night at an emergency meeting with shop owners and business operators at the FCTA’s Social Development Secretariat in Abuja.
