A large group of pro-democracy demonstrators stormed the National Assembly to demand that the Minister of Defense be removed due to the rising level of insecurity in Nigeria.
The demonstrators held up a number of banners with messages calling for Bello Muhammad Matawalle, the minister of defense, to be fired due to his suspected involvement in the situation, particularly in the state of Zamfara.
