LAGOS – The Academy of Medicine Specialties of Nigeria has called for more investments in the health sector, saying it would bring development to the country.
Speaking as the Guest Lecturer at the 2023 Annual General Meeting and third induction ceremony of the Academy, Prof. Akin Osibogun of the College of Medicine, University of Lagos, in his lecture titled, ‘Mainstreaming of health in all sectors for achieving Universal Health Coverage,’ maintained that more investments in health would bring development to the nation.
