In a post on the social media X, formerly called twitter, the OSP stated, “This collaborative effort aims to scrutinize the legality of Ms. Dapaah and her associates’ wealth, particularly in the context of financial transfers between Ghana and the United States.”
The OSP is now looking into claims of corruption and crimes linked to corruption against Ms. Dapaah, the former minister of sanitation. These accusations were made public following the startling find of almost $1 million in cash at her home. The theft of this significant cash by two domestic workers brought it to the attention of the public, prompting Ms. Dapaah to call the police.
