The leadership of the Sports Writers Association of Nigeria, SWAN FCT Chapter has congratulated its immediate past Secretary, Ikenna Victor Okonkwo for his emergence as SWAN National Secretary.
The overwhelming victory followed the association’s election at the Triennial Delegate Congress in Port Harcourt, Rivers State where he was returned unopposed.
