INEC intentionally deleted results stored in BVAS machines, PDP witness tells court

Nwala, a digital forensic analyst from Abuja, was called in by the petitioners’ lead counsel, Chris Uche, to testify against INEC, President Bola Tinubu and All Progressives Congress (APC).

The forensic expert who was the 26th witness for Abubakar, the presidential candidate of the PDP in the February 25 poll, claimed to have inspected 110 BVAS devices used during the presidential polls in the FCT and insisted that all the machines he inspected had their data deliberately deleted.
